From open desert scrubland and thorn bush to evergreen riverine forest and swamps that line the Ewaso Nyiro River, the diversity of Samburu is exhilarating. The park's wildlife is diverse and regular interesting sightings may include the graceful reticulated giraffe, elephant, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, Grevy's zebra and a variety of predators.
